You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.

The content provided by the App, including investment data, net worth calculations, and AI insights, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses arising from the use of this App.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions in your device settings.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Record X or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
