Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. Who we are and agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and OGOLD LTD, trading as 1cc.ai ("1cc.ai", "we", "us", or "our"). OGOLD LTD is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16512852, with its registered office at 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE.
These Terms govern the 1cc.ai website, mobile applications, accounts, authorization services, and related features (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
2. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the agreement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and you must not create an account for a child under 13.
3. What the Services do
1cc.ai provides tools for recording, organizing, calculating, visualizing, exporting, and reviewing personal financial information. Features may include market data, exchange rates, calculated values, and AI-generated summaries.
The Services are record-keeping and informational tools. They are not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, accountant, tax adviser, law firm, or financial adviser. We do not execute trades, hold money or securities, or make decisions for you.
4. No professional advice
Content, calculations, market information, forecasts, and AI output are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You remain responsible for checking information and obtaining professional advice before acting on it. No content is a recommendation or a promise of performance or return.
5. Accounts and authorization
Some features require an account or sign-in through a third-party identity provider. You must provide accurate information, keep access to your account and devices secure, and notify us promptly at support@1cc.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
If you authorize another application to access your 1cc.ai account, that application may access the permissions shown on the authorization screen until access expires or is revoked. Review the application and requested permissions carefully. Third-party applications are controlled by their operators, not by us, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
6. Your records and responsibilities
You retain your rights in information and records you enter, import, or create through the Services ("User Data"). You give us only the limited permission needed to process User Data to provide, secure, support, and improve the features you choose to use, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of User Data, for maintaining appropriate exports or backups, and for securing your device and personal cloud account. Do not submit information that you do not have the right to use. We do not claim ownership of your User Data.
7. Licence and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for lawful personal use. The Services, software, design, branding, and content supplied by us or our licensors remain owned by their respective owners. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe another person's rights;
- gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or authorization flows;
- introduce malware, disrupt the Services, evade security controls, or place an unreasonable load on our systems;
- scrape or automate access except through an interface we expressly provide for that purpose;
- reverse engineer the Services except to the extent the law does not permit that restriction; or
- misrepresent output from the Services as regulated or certified professional advice.
9. Third-party services and data
The Services may depend on app stores, identity providers, cloud storage, analytics, market-data providers, AI service providers, and other third parties. Their services may be unavailable or may change, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. Market prices, exchange rates, and other third-party data may be delayed, estimated, corrected, or unavailable and must not be relied on as an executable quote.
10. Availability, changes, and charges
The Services are currently offered without a subscription charge. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, technical, or commercial reasons. If we introduce a charge, we will disclose the price and obtain any agreement required by law before charging you. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using the Services at any time. Where account controls are available, you may use them to revoke authorizations or request account deletion; you may also contact support. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the Services, comply with law, investigate misuse, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Because detailed records may be stored on your device or in your personal cloud storage, deleting a 1cc.ai account may not delete copies held in those locations. You are responsible for deleting those copies directly. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Consumer rights and warranties
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your mandatory consumer rights. We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. Subject to those mandatory rights, the Services are provided as available, and we do not promise that every feature, third-party data item, calculation, or output will always be accurate, complete, compatible, or available.
13. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your mandatory consumer rights.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, losses caused by your failure to follow reasonable instructions or maintain backups, or business losses arising from consumer use. If you use the Services for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, security needs, or our business. We will post the updated Terms and change the date above. For a material change, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Services or another appropriate channel where practicable. Changes will not apply retroactively. If you do not agree to an updated version, you must stop using the Services before it takes effect.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of the country where you live, and you may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint informally.
16. General terms
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. We may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale, provided this does not reduce your mandatory rights. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms and the policies expressly referenced in them form the agreement concerning the Services.
17. Contact
Questions, complaints, and legal notices may be sent to support@1cc.ai or to OGOLD LTD at 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE.
